Payment Method:
Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in U.S. funds.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
We ask for a signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your rental fee within ten (10) days of booking your reservation. Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival along with a $200 damage deposit. For cancellations outside 45 days, the balance payment and damage deposit will be refunded; however, there will be no refund of the 50% down payment. For cancellations within 45 days, no refunds of any payments will be made. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Approximately 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a package of information with items such as important phone numbers, keypad code, and driving instructions. Your damage deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure as long as there are no damages or expenses to the condo and the critique sheet is returned to us.
